Is my FedEx Express account the same as my FedEx Custom Critical account?
No. FedEx Custom Critical is a separate operating division of the FedEx Corporation.
Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes, you can pay by Visa®, MasterCard® or American Express® when you schedule shipments or by calling the FedEx Custom Critical Accounts Receivable team at 1.800.334.1751.
