It's easy. Just click the Open an Account link on the Home Page.
How do I schedule a pickup?
  • From any page on the FedEx Freight and FedEx National LTL Web site, select the Ship tab in the top navigation bar to schedule your pickups online. Or, log in to My Account and take advantage of the online address book to manage pickups at any of your shipping and receiving locations.
  • You can also contact your local service center to schedule a pickup. For service center information, select Find Locations from the Ship tab. Enter your origin ZIP or city and state, or select a location from the drop-down menu.
How do I request a refund or an adjustment to my invoice if I experience a late delivery on my standard money-back guarantee shipment?
Submit a billing adjustment request online, or contact customer service at 1.866.393.4585.

What documentation is required to ship domestically?
A Bill of Lading is required with each FedEx Freight and FedEx National LTL shipment. Bills of Lading can be downloaded from the Forms section of our Web site, or automatically generated using the Bill of Lading Generator.
Can I re-route a U.S. shipment before it is delivered?
To re-route a U.S. shipment, contact customer service at 1.866.393.4585. Be prepared to provide the PRO number, a letter of authority changing the new destination address and a valid contact telephone number for the recipient. A reconsignment charge will be applied to the debtor of the freight bill.
