What documentation is required for international shipments?
Each country has different document requirements for inbound shipments. Most often, international shipments should be accompanied by a Bill of Lading, a Shipper's Letter of Instruction, a Commercial Invoice, a packing list and a Certificate of Origin. Can I re-route an international shipment before it is delivered?
To re-route an international shipment, contact international customer service at 1.866.393.4685. Be prepared to provide the PRO number, a letter of authority changing the new destination address, and a valid contact telephone number for the recipient. A reconsignment charge will be applied to the debtor of the freight bill.
