There are two easy ways to determine the standard transit days for your shipment:
- From any page on the FedEx Freight® and FedEx National LTLSM Web site, select the Ship tab in the top navigation bar and select Get Transit Times.

There are two easy ways to determine the standard transit days for your shipment: - Web site (fedexfreight.fedex.com): Enter the origin and destination zip codes in the space provided on the Home Page, or click the Transit Time tab in the top navigation bar for more options.

- Can I re-route a U.S. shipment before it is delivered?
- To re-route a U.S. shipment, contact customer service at 1.866.393.4585. Be prepared to provide the PRO number, a letter of authority changing the new destination address and a valid contact telephone number for the recipient. A reconsignment charge will be applied to the debtor of the freight bill.

There are two ways to retrieve a copy of a signed Delivery Receipt (proof of delivery):
- Online: Log in to My Account and click the Images tab in the top navigation bar. Images can be viewed online, or sent to you by e-mail or fax.
- E-mail: Send an e-mail to trackfreight@fedex.com for instant tracking results. It's easy. Just list your PRO number, followed by a space and the word image.
