- What is required when registering for My Account?
- Before registering for My Account, shippers must have a shipping account with FedEx Freight or FedEx National LTL. If you would like to register for My Account, complete the online registration form.
- Can I add additional customer numbers to My Account?
- Yes. Log in to My Account and click the My Profile tab in the top navigation bar. Update your profile with additional customers numbers that you'd like to add to your account. You will receive e-mail confirmation when your account has been updated.
- Can I view or request copies of Bills of Lading and delivery receipts?
- Log in to My Account and click the Images tab in the top navigation bar. Images can be viewed online, or sent to you via e-mail or fax.
- What if I forget my password?
- From the My Account Login page, select the forgot your password or user ID link.
- Can I update my password?
- Yes, it's easy to update your password. Just log in to My Account and click the My Profile tab in the top navigation bar. Update your profile with the new password that you'd like for your account. You will receive e-mail confirmation when your account has been updated.
