E-mail Ordering FAQ
- For whom is e-mail ordering service ideal?
- Customers who have Internet e-mail capabilities but don't necessarily have Web access. Each FedEx Office Print & Ship Center has a unique e-mail address so that you can send files to a nearby store of your choosing.
- How does it work?
- Send any e-mail message to orderinfo@fedexkinkos.com. You'll receive an automatic reply with order forms and instructions. Contact the FedEx Office location where you'd like your project produced to get their e-mail address. You can get a store's number by calling 1.800.254.6567 or by going to our store locator. Send the completed order form and your file(s) as attachments in an e-mail message to the store e-mail address.
