- How many videoconferencing locations does FedEx Office have?
- We have more than 120 videoconferencing locations in the U.S.
- How do I find FedEx Office Print & Ship Centers that offer videoconferencing?
- The fastest way to find a videoconferencing location is to use our store locator. Another way is to call 1.866.828.4563 and request videoconferencing information. Or you can call 1.866.828.4563 and ask for a location near you.
- Do you have international videoconferencing locations?
- Yes. FedEx Office has several international locations. For location and pricing information on international videoconferencing, please call 1.866.828.4563. If you are outside the U.S., call 303.544.7603.
- Do I have to be in a FedEx Office videoconference room to connect to other FedEx Office videoconference rooms?
- No. The FedEx Office network allows us to connect with almost any room, anywhere. Some additional charges may be incurred if the room you want us to connect with does not operate in a standard mode or is connected to a private network (see our pricing structure below).
- Can I connect my laptop to display my presentation during my conference?
- Yes. Each videoconference room has a standard VGA connection at the conference table that will enable you to connect your laptop.
- What do I do when I arrive for my videoconference?
- When you arrive, go to the counter and tell a team member that you are ready to begin your session. We will help you get going.
- If I have problems or questions during my conference, what do I do?
- Two types of immediate help are available:
- FedEx Office team. Ask a FedEx Office team member to help.
- Technical support via telephone. Call 1.866.828.4563, select option #2.
- How do I make a reservation for a videoconferencing room?
- Reserving videoconferencing time is easy. Here's all you do:
- Call 1.866.828.4563.
- Provide the date and time you wish to schedule, plus the locations with which you want to conference.
- The reservations coordinator will arrange all details for you and provide you with a confirmation number for your videoconference.
- What billing information is required?
- FedEx Office accepts all major credit cards and FedEx Office Commercial Account Card. If paying by credit card, please provide the card number, expiration date and name on account. If paying with Commercial Account Card, please provide your 14 digit account number.
- If I require additional time can I extend my conference?
- Yes. You will need to call 1.866.828.4563 10 minutes prior to your conference scheduled end time to request additional time. Our customer service agents will verify with the room schedule to verify if time is available.
- What are the costs of a videoconference?
- The costs are determined by the type of videoconference required. The types and prices are:
- Point-to-Point. Two videoconference locations, either FedEx Office to FedEx Office or FedEx Office to an outside location. Cost is $225.00 per hour per FedEx Office location.
- Point-to-Point with Conversion. Two videoconference locations, FedEx Office to outside location with conversion required. A conversion is the method used to connect incompatible equipment or networks with a FedEx Office location. Cost is $295.00 per hour per FedEx Office location.
- Multi-Point. Three or more videoconference locations. $265.00 per hour per FedEx Office location.
- Multi-Point with Conversion. Three or more videoconference locations, with conversion to a non-FedEx Office site required. A conversion is the method used to connect incompatible equipment or networks with a FedEx Office location. Cost is $335.00 per hour per FedEx Office location.
Additional Videoconference Fees:- Bridge Port Fee. Bridge fee applied to non-FedEx Office locations. Cost is $55.00 per hour per non-FedEx Office location.
- Bridge Network Fee. Bridge network fee is applied to non-FedEx Office locations. Cost is $35.00 per hour per non-FedEx Office location.
- Audio Conference. Adding an audio participant to videoconference call. Cost is $55.00 per hour per audio port.
- Meet & Greet. FedEx Office Conference Producer will provide introductions for all parties and verify video and audio is acceptable. Cost is $55.00 per conference.
- Conference Recording. FedEx Office offers DVD recordings of video conferences. Cost is $35 per conference. Shipping fees additional.
- Why is there a thirty-minute minimum reservation?
- Like any service (car rental, hotels, etc.), minimum rental times are used to make billing simple and accurate. We have selected what we feel is the most convenient minimum time for the majority of our customers. This minimum helps us make your videoconference run smoothly.
- What are the technical specifications for your system?
- Our videoconferencing network operates on the International Standard H.320. This allows us to communicate with almost any system anywhere. Our typical conference runs at a speed of 384 kbps, but we can conduct meetings at 128 kbps and 256 kbps, if arranged in advance.
