Confidentiality
  1. Carrier may disclose information of any nature regarding any agreement to its corporate parent, subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities, and may disclose information as specifically required by law or for payment and audit purposes.
  2. Carrier reserves the right, but is not required, to open and inspect any shipment with or without notice.
