 DRUN
  1. Carrier will attempt to make all scheduled pickups in a timely manner. However, if a pickup request has been called in and is cancelled after the driver has been dispatched to make the pickup, or if on arrival at pickup point the pickup is cancelled, the following charges will apply:
    1. To points within the Toronto Metro area other than RUSH:
      1. $36.00 if a straight truck was requested for pickup.
      2. $91.00 if vehicle other than a straight truck was requested for a pickup.
    2. To points within the Toronto Metro area that were RUSH:
      1. $100.00 if a straight truck was requested for pickup.
      2. $149.00 if vehicle other than a straight truck was requested for a pickup.
    3. To points not within the Toronto Metro area other than RUSH:
      1. $37.00 if a straight truck was requested for pickup plus $1.61 per kilometer calculated one way from service center to point of pickup.
      2. $91.00 if vehicle other than a straight truck was requested for a pickup plus $1.61 per kilometer calculated one way from service center to point of pickup.
    4. To points not within the Toronto Metro area that were RUSH:
      1. $100.00 if a straight truck was requested for pickup plus $1.61 per kilometer calculated one way from service center to point of pickup.
      2. $149.00 if vehicle other than a straight truck was requested for a pickup plus $1.61 per kilometer calculated one way from service center to point of pickup.
