How to Use FedEx National LTL Mexico Service
- Prepare a FedEx National LTL International Bill of Lading. If using a regular Bill of Lading, you must note the following: "Mexico Service requested."
- Designate the freight charges as "PREPAID" all the way to the final consignee.
- Identify your intermediate consignee: freight forwarder or customs broker.
- Provide the broker with a Commercial Invoice and packing list for the shipment.
- Include copies with your Bill of Lading at the time your freight is picked up.
- A certificate of origin should be completed and on file with the broker or forwarder.
