FedEx InSight® provides 20/20 shipment visibility

This powerful online solution lets RedShark view the real-time status of all of a customer’s shipments — even though they’re shipped from Hibbert — without tracking or reference numbers. It also sends automatic shipment updates that notify RedShark when a critical event may create a delay. It even suggests possible solutions. “FedEx InSight allows us to proactively monitor that shipments get there when they’re supposed to,” explains Greg Sharkey, president of RedShark. “It helps us provide a level of service to our customers that we were previously unable to provide.”
