How can I pay a FedEx Express invoice?

There are four ways you can make a payment to FedEx:

1. Online

You can pay securely online using our payment portal.

2. FedEx Billing Online

If you’re a regular customer, you can sign up to FedEx Billing Online to receive your invoices electronically.

3. Electronic bank transfer

To pay by bank transfer, please refer to the details on the invoice.

IMPORTANT! Please include your invoice number when making the payment. If you don’t have an invoice number please include your shipment reference or tracking number. If you’re paying multiple invoices, include the customer number too and email an itemised remittance advice to remit@fedex.com.

4.  Direct Debit

To set up a direct debit, please contact Customer Service.
